This will be a short post. I designed a snap in BB load door block off because I don't ever want BBs in my Daisy pellet rifles. BBs can ruin a rifled barrel. This piece simply snaps into the load door hole. The factory load door must first be removed by removing the left receiver half and simply sliding it out. This piece can then be snapped into its place. I recommend 3D printing it in ABS or ASA so there is some flexibility in the tabs. I also recommend printing it vertically with no supports. If its printed horizontally with the tabs up then the door will take the finish of the print bed and the stress on the tabs will be in the same plane as the print layers so they will break (layer separation) easier. Printed vertically the tabs will be stronger and you'll get a better finish on the door. Here's the link to the BB Door Block Off Inset.
